  • Typeface design workshops, FaVU VUT, Brno, 2009/2010. — a series of type workshops covering topics such as: designing typeface for particular purpose, planning a type family, fitting, kerning, designing diacritics, font production, &c. Graphic design students kept working on their typefaces part-time throughout the academic year at the Atelier of graphic design of the Faculty of Fine Arts of VUT in Brno.
  • O písmu (On type), Pellico5, Brno, 2010. — an evening lecture and simple workshop for graphic designers, focused on deeper understanding of typefaces and their mechanics. What are the parameters influencing final typeface appearance and how to pick the right type for a particular project.
  • Multilingual typography workshop, Sign and typography studio of The Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań, Lanckorona, 2009. — five-days long series of workshops and lectures on multilingual typography. The aim was to develop decision-making abilities necessary for extending Latin, designing diacritics, and working with unfamiliar writing systems. What happens when the letters are adapted for typography? Which design approaches are transferable from Latin to non-Latin scripts and which are definitely not?
